Extremely disappointed! We had an appointment for 1:00. At 1:30, after not hearing anything, I called the electrician and left a message. No response. I called the office...no one answered the phone. I then left a message with the office...no return call. My daughter called the electrician who was scheduled to do the work and he said that he had been calling me...(BS!) He then phoned me and said he forgot to call me and I would have to reschedule... Unprofessional to say the least. Maybe I should send this company a bill for wasting my time...
