I don't see how any company can staying business with this attitude!!! Check the reviews on here and other sites and you will see I am not the only one that has received this type of service...

Found a good selection of bar stools and purchased 3 of them.

Deann calls we back at 4:55PM (they close at 5:00) and starts with "What do you want?" "Didn't the other store call you back to give you an update?" I stated that they had, but I still had several questions. Deann said that she gave the other store all of my info and that "it is 5:00 and we are getting ready to go home", in an extremely rude tone. I tell her that I am the customer and she isn't going to speak to me with that tone. I also say that, if that is how she wants to handle my business I will just cancel my order. She said she "would do me one better and cancel it for me." I said great please process my credit back to my card immediately, to which she responded "I am going home and will process it tomorrow" and hung up on me. I immediately called back and was sent to voicemail.

Both Cheryl and Sandy we're wonderful to work with. The owner was also helpful as could be. Everything is amazing quality at unbelievable prices. I hope to purchase more furniture there next month.

If you value customer service or even interactions with decent human beings, I would go somewhere else.

THIS IS WHERE THE EXTREME INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR BEGAN.......

So, my wife called the store and asked since it was this late could they at least deliver the ottoman. The manager says absolutely not, the shipment dates are not within their control, and then proceeds to hang up. So, that's when I call. I tell the manager that our ottoman is over two weeks late and I didn't appreciate her speaking to my wife in that manner. At this point she starts screaming through the phone, calling me names and says I either want the ottoman or I don't and hangs up for the second time.

I ordered Bassett furniture from Coffey Furniture in March 2016 with the expectation that the furniture would arrive within "6 weeks max". I called the 5th week and was told the some of the furniture would be shipped the next day, but they would need to call me back to let me know when the rest should arrive. After not receiving a call back, I called them to get the status. The lady on the phone was nice, but she said I needed to speak to Deann, while I heard someone (that I later determined was Deann) in the background asking "what does he want" and "tell him we will call him back" in a very rude tone. I took it for what it was and did not say anything about her comments. I get a call from a third person that informed me that the order would be 4 more weeks. That was 3 weeks later than the originally promised "6 weeks max", so I asked for a manager and she said to call Deann at the other location. I called the other location and was told Deann would call me back.

I purchased a sectional sofa and an ottoman from Coffey on September 2, 2017. The sofa was on the floor, so we were able to take it that day. However, the ottoman was not on the floor and it needed to be ordered. We ordered the ottoman and both the sales rep and manager assured us it would be in by four weeks but absolutely no later than 6 weeks. Well, today is Halloween and our ottoman was delivered. 8 weeks and 3 days later.

Beware! Bought a leather sectional here less than 18 months ago and it is already cracking and quasi-pleather is peeling up in quarter size pieces. We don't eat in living room nor are shoes allowed. Extremely cheap products. No wonder sign on door says "no wooden or hard toys allowed inside." Don't make the same mistake we did. To add injury to insult I found the same exact couch at big lots for $300 less. Don't waste your time.

STAY AWAY!!! BEWARE of extremely rude service!
