Got my order wrong and then gave me two cold pizzas and still didn't make it right
Its better than dominos and pizza hut if that means anything.
I ordered pizza tonight (4/20/2017) when I sat down to eat I seen a bug on my pizza. I immediately called and the manager had me on the phone for atleast 15 minutes after I described what was wrong not saying a word. I finally asked if she was still there and she said "I'm looking up your of order give me a minute." I said okay didn't get rude like she was with me, and waited a little longer. She said I would have new pizza in 30 to 40 minutes. Literally been waiting for over an hour, I even called back after 50 minutes of waiting to see what was going on and no one answered the phone.. Needles to say my pizza obviously isn't making it here tonight (which I don't want it considering what was on the first on). I've called the corporate office and they're going to handle that situation (Probably better than I would). But I don't even want the pizza I ordered I just want money back and for the Papa John's in Granite Falls to shut down!! Also they forgot my Pepsi and the pizza man didn't bring another one back or give me the money back for it. If you want to eat at a Sanitary place I DO NOT recommend eating here!!!

Horrible from the top down, but let's start with the incompetent redneck that works the night shift. She's dumber than dirt. They have the daytime manager that might be her Siamese twin that share a brain.
Owner? He's even worse. Yet, Papa John wonders why his sales are dropping. He'll let any fool buy into a franchise. This place will be closed before too long.. Driver's are friendly for the most part.
